TCL not found while compiling eggdrop 1.9

To compile Eggdrop 1.9 use this configure line first:

 

 

./configure --with-tclinc=/usr/local/include/tcl8.6/tcl.h --with-tcllib=/usr/local/lib/libtcl86.so
